Terms of Service

Last updated: May 14, 2026

1. The deal

By signing up for A Good Week, you agree to these terms. We provide admin automation for your trades business — phones, dispatch, invoicing, restock, and bookkeeping add-ons — for a flat monthly fee.

2. Pricing & billing

The base plan is $100/month. Bookkeeping add-on is an additional $50/month. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable for the current month. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes don't apply to a billing period already paid.

3. No contract, cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time by emailing amy@agoodweek.app. Your service continues through the end of the paid period and will not renew.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business info and keep your account credentials secure.
  • Have the right to share customer information with us so we can book, dispatch, invoice, and follow up on your behalf.
  • Comply with applicable laws, including TCPA rules around customer texting.
  • Don't use the service for anything illegal or to harass anyone.

5. Our responsibilities

We'll deliver the service with reasonable care, keep your data secure, and respond to support requests promptly during business hours. The service relies on third-party providers (phones, payments, AI), and brief outages can happen — we'll work fast to fix them.

6. Your data

You own your business data and your customer data. We process it on your behalf to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On cancellation, you can request an export or deletion of your data.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee specific results, uninterrupted operation, or error-free output. Bookkeeping reports are a starting point — they don't replace a CPA or tax advisor.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.
